On 19 January, Ng Yip Kwan (吳業坤) attended a banquet. He accepted the interview and disclosed a small accident happened when driving his car to attend an event. Ng Yip Kwan said he did not tell the opposite party to pay for the damage and left as as was pressing for time. He said: "I treat it as losing money so as to avoid misfortune."
